1. Program Description:
By opting into the HomesForCash Messaging Program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from HomesForCash that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Messages may include cash offers, real estate updates, appointment reminders, property listings, and other services related to our home-buying business. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive automated marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Delivery:
Message frequency will vary. HomesForCash reserves the right to change the number or frequency of messages sent and may update the phone number from which messages are sent.
